As most of us have many other priorities in life in addition to training bodyweight training can be a very appealing option as it usually saves a lot of time. You can train home or just go outside and train somewhat close to your house.

3. BODYWEIGHT TRAINING IS FOR FREE

No gym memberships, fees or expensive gear just your own body in the most simple form. You can see money to something else that you like to do. Of course you can attend a bodyweight training course where experienced bodyweight trainers show you the right technique and teach you useful exercise if you wanted to and perhaps it would be advisable to do so. Think of a HIIT exercise that you can do with your own bodyweight or during a jog just stop for a few minutes and do some pushups or squats. Weight training can be spiced up with bodyweight drills to make things a bit more interesting.

Many bodyweight exercises demand a strong core and also develop strength to the core muscles so why not, I wouldn’t mind to have a toned and strong core musculature.
