OAT PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE |SUMMER OF WELLBEING

Hello! This week I’d like to share one of my favorite smoothie recipes. This is something I’d make in the evening if I craved for something sweet because this tastes like dessert or cake dough so it really satisfies the sweet tooth. I also sometimes make this if I’m going training especially in the morning because I don’t like to eat heavy before training. This smoothie is also great before exercise because it contains good carbs and a bit of protein to give that fueling before training. If you would like to have some more protein I’d recommend using your preferred protein powder like rice or hemp protein or any other which suits to you. So let’s start!

First you need:

1 banana (ripe one is best for this recipe)

2-3 dates (fresh or dried)

1-2 tbs peanut butter

vanilla powder (from the bean)

cinnamon powder

water

(protein powder)

Add the ingredients to the blender and blend for few minutes and it’s ready! Enjoy!
